Now that all 58 days of January are behind us, and the Ozark bi-polar weather is in full swing (PS Canada, your weather called, and it would like you to stop giving it away), we have officially entered the glorious short month of February. ;o)
Our February AOTM (Author of the Month) is the lovely Carolyn E. Jacobs. Please read on to learn more!
Carolyn Jacobs, former homeschool mom, never thought of being a writer till she became an empty nester. When she and her husband boarded the plane after dropping the youngest off at college, she asked the question, What now? And the answer came – Write a book.
There are hands and feet in the body of Christ; Carolyn is connective tissue. Her love for making connections—connecting the reader to the overwhelming goodness of God—inspires her writing. She believes His loving kindness shines brightest in the midst of His harshest judgment. Her first novel, The Pride of Babylon, will come out in the summer of 2025.

Writing Update:
During the first week of January, I received the But For These Chains manuscript back from the editor. As of the last week of January, I will have completed the suggested edits. It should then, maybe, possibly be ready to send to the publisher.
At the same time, I sent off the Take the Sea manuscript to the editor. The publisher has already sent me a suggested cover for this work, and I LOVE it!
More news as I am able to provide it. SO EXITED!!!
WINNER, WINNER!!
